individual dental insurance for braces?
What is a good person, "" dental insurance if I had to get braces? I've done some research and drove down to DeltaCare and PacifiCare. So dental insurance is better, or any suggestions? Pacificare DeltaCare slightly lower cost as of co-payments go. Both plans are HMO, PPO plans cover all for little or no brakes, so HMO may be the only way forward for an individual plan. Seems DeltaCare be more reliable, since it is associated with Delta Dental, a little more expensive too. I'm more concerned about the "quality" of services as to make statements and such. So DeltaCare, Pacificare, or ay other dental insurance / plans? Any personal experience with any of these companies? I'm in San Francisco, California.
I am also in the same situation as you. I'm down to Delta Dental (not sure how this relates to Delta Care) and PacifiCare? I'm not sure which is better. For a family plan that I am interested in Pacificare is about $ 400 a year. My son needs braces and I'll probably need some root canals and crowns in the near future. My questions are: 1. Do you know what the waiting period, either for Delta Dental and PacifiCare for the important work such as braces or root canals and the like? 2. I have not seen the cost of the annual amount of Delta Dental? 3. Which plan is best for the coverage of support or Pacificare Dental — Delta? 4. Perhaps there is another company out there that is better than two, but my investigation has determined that — but always could be wrong? I'm in San Diego, CA
